Vatan polymer fillers (vatpol) are used for filling purposes with PE,PP and HDPE-based raw materials. Carrier can be LDPE, LLDPE and PP. They are controlled by the gravimetric and volimetric dosage system. Capacity of our lines is 150.000 tonnes per annum.
Depending on the usage place and purpose such as white appliances, automotive, garden furniture, furniture decoration parts, it is produced in demanded colors by using Talk-Calcite-Barite minerals in the rates of 2% – 60%.
It is produced from polypropylene component including glass fiber in rates of 5%-30% for the heat resistant polypropylene usage in textile and automotive.

Barite-Filled Polymers
Barite is the Barium Sulfate (BaSO4) which is the most common mineral of the Barium. It is a filler generally having the features of white or colorless, high density with 4,45gr/cm2, resistant to the weather conditions and UV, with low oil intake..
